• Step 3: Return the product using the instructions provided. Ensure it is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.

2.3 Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
